1 Purpose of this policy
This policy explains storage technologies and the visitor’s choices.
This Cookie Consent & Policy explains how BrilliantMathsTutors uses cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, scripts and similar technologies on https://brilliantmathstutors.co.za/. It should be read with the Privacy Policy.

2 What cookies and similar technologies are
A cookie is one of several ways a website can store or read information on a device.
Cookies are small data files stored by a browser. Similar technologies may use local storage, identifiers, pixels, tags or network requests. Some technologies are placed by us and others by service providers. Their legal and practical effect depends on purpose, data collected, storage duration and whether the visitor has consented.

3 Consent categories
Bloom groups technologies by purpose.
Necessary technologies support security, consent records and core operation and cannot be switched off through the consent tool. Functional technologies remember choices or enable optional features. Analytics technologies measure use and performance. Marketing technologies support advertising and conversion measurement. External media technologies load optional content from outside providers.

4 Google Consent Mode and Limited
Limited keeps optional storage denied while supported Google tags remain available in a restricted state.
When no optional consent has been granted, or when a visitor selects Limited, Bloom sends denied Google consent signals for optional analytics and advertising storage. A Google Tag Manager container or Google tag may still load so that local data-layer events and supported cookieless or modelled measurement can operate. This does not mean optional Google cookies are permitted.

5 Current service, cookie and domain schedule
The schedule is generated from Bloom’s declared service registry when this version is published.

6 Accept, Limited, custom choices and withdrawal
Visitors can choose categories rather than being forced to accept optional tracking.
Accept all permits the optional categories shown in the consent centre. Limited denies optional categories while keeping necessary operation and supported limited Google delivery. Custom choices allow individual categories. Consent may be changed or withdrawn later through the Privacy Settings control.

7 Browser controls
Browser settings provide an additional layer of control.
Most browsers allow users to delete, block or limit cookies. Blocking all storage may prevent security, login, consent or other website features from working correctly. Browser controls do not necessarily stop server requests, pixels or technologies that do not rely on cookies.

8 Storage duration and evidence
Retention depends on the service and purpose.
Consent preferences are retained for the configured consent period. Other cookies and identifiers are retained according to the service declaration and provider settings. Bloom’s anonymous runtime evidence uses rotating browser-tab identifiers and is retained only for the configured evidence period; it does not store cookie values, raw IP addresses, URL paths or query strings.

9 Changes and questions
The schedule should be reviewed when services change.
We may update this policy when the website, service providers, consent categories or legal requirements change. Questions may be submitted Here. Last updated: 2026-07-20.
